Bella Vista was born from a single belief: that the best food comes from the heart. In 1995, the Russo family left their hometown of Naples and brought their grandmother's hand-written recipe book to Wilmington, NC. What started as a small trattoria with six tables has grown into a beloved neighborhood institution — but the soul has never changed.
Every dish we serve is crafted from scratch using imported Italian pantry staples and the freshest local produce. We believe dinner should feel like coming home — warm, unhurried, and full of flavor. We can't wait to welcome you to our table.
